1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You," or "Your") and ph22ph, a gaming platform operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR License No. PAGCOR-RGL-2022-08731). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any services provided by ph22ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using ph22ph services and close your account. Continued use of our platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use ph22ph services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ph22ph strictly prohibits underage gambling and employs age verification procedures to prevent minors from accessing our platform.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing our services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program maintained by ph22ph, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee of ph22ph or any of our related entities.
• You must register in your own name and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. ph22ph reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. Failure to meet eligibility requirements or provide requested verification documentation may result in account suspension, funds forfeiture, and permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access ph22ph services, you must create an account by providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and creating a secure password. You may only register one (1) account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.

3.2 Verification Requirements

ph22ph implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or postal ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and selfie verification. Verification is typically required before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility. You must immediately notify ph22ph customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph22ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph22ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), over-the-counter deposits at 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier, and USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency via TRC20 network. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with GCash and PayMaya deposits starting at ₱10. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) except for cryptocurrency deposits which are processed in USDT.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph22ph account instantly. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on banking hours and network availability. Over-the-counter deposits are credited within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. USDT deposits require 10 blockchain confirmations and are typically credited within 15-30 minutes. ph22ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools. ph22ph may also impose deposit limits at our discretion based on regulatory requirements or risk management policies. Any changes to your deposit limits will be effective after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You may withdraw funds to your verified GCash account, PayMaya account, Philippine bank account, or USDT wallet. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for e-wallets and bank transfers, and $10 USDT for cryptocurrency withdrawals. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱1,000,000 for e-wallets and bank transfers, with no maximum for cryptocurrency withdrawals.

5.2 Processing Times

ph22ph strives to process withdrawal requests within 2-5 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Philippine Time). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed at the start of the next business day. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours to process. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1 hour of approval.

5.3 Verification for Withdrawals

All withdrawals require identity verification in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering regulations. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional documentation if your account activity triggers security protocols or if we are required to conduct enhanced due diligence under regulatory guidelines.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed, suspended, or declined in the following circumstances: incomplete or failed identity verification; suspicious account activity or violation of these Terms; outstanding bonus wagering requirements; active disputes or chargebacks; technical issues with payment processors; or regulatory holds imposed by PAGCOR or other authorities. ph22ph reserves the right to request additional documentation or refuse withdrawal requests at our discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

ph22ph offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limits, and withdrawal restrictions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Certain games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 5%. Progressive jackpot games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ph22ph maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; coordinated betting with other players; using automated betting systems or bots; low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without risk; or any other activity deemed by ph22ph to constitute bonus abuse. Violation of bonus terms will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and account closure.

6.4 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

ph22ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be canceled if we determine that terms have been violated or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Upon bonus cancellation, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 Fair Gaming

All games available on ph22ph are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be manipulated by ph22ph or any third party.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. ph22ph reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time. Players found to be exploiting game features, bugs, or errors may have winnings voided and accounts suspended.

7.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and refunded to player accounts. Winnings accrued from malfunctioning games are not valid and will not be honored. Players must report suspected malfunctions immediately to customer support.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from a game due to internet connection loss or technical issues, your active bets will remain valid and continue according to game rules. For live dealer games, automatic decisions will be made on your behalf according to optimal strategy. For slots and RNG games, spins will complete automatically and results will be reflected in your account when you reconnect.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph22ph and will result in immediate account termination, funds forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment methods, false identity information, or forged documents;
• Money laundering or using ph22ph to transfer funds for illicit purposes;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or any software designed to manipulate games or exploit vulnerabilities;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access source code of ph22ph platform or games;
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar technology;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other players or ph22ph staff;
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content about ph22ph;
• Any activity that violates Philippine law or these Terms.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ph22ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; breach of responsible gaming policies; or at our sole discretion if we determine that your continued use of ph22ph poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon account termination, all outstanding bets will be settled and your account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closures are permanent and irreversible. Any attempt to open a new account after voluntary closure will result in immediate termination and funds forfeiture.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph22ph, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of ph22ph services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or third-party conduct.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with ph22ph is to stop using our services and close your account. In no event shall ph22ph's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to ph22ph in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph22ph shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting ph22ph customer support. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ph22ph. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on ph22ph, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of ph22ph or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without express written permission from ph22ph.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

ph22ph is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your use of ph22ph is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using ph22ph, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Responsible Gaming

ph22ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, time limits, self-exclusion options, and reality check reminders. 16. Amendment of Terms
